Our courses

We offer a suite of full-time and part-time Postgraduate programmes in clinical specialties and management disciplines. These are aimed at ensuring safe and effective nursing and midwifery practice.

Nursing/Midwifery (Prescribing)

This accredited programme is delivered part-time/online over a six-month period. It prepares appropriately qualified nurses and midwives to prescribe medicines within their scope of practice.

Critical Care Nursing

This programme prepares nurses to exercise an advanced level of clinical judgment and practice in the specialist area of critical care. It is suitable for those practicing in this specialty.

Medical Nursing

This programme is designed for nurses who provide care to patients in medical facilities. It offers comprehensive education and the chance to learn the most recent research-based information.

Primary Community and Continuing Care

This course gives learners a full understanding of primary community and continuing care. It also helps build skills to lead initiatives at the workplace.

Orthopaedic Nursing

This programme assists students in taking a leading role in advancing and developing orthopaedic nursing and effecting policy change, professional practice and health service provision.

Gerontological Nursing

This course provides both the theoretical knowledge and the practical skills necessary to deliver evidence-based, quality care to older patients, in acute residential or rehab settings.
