RCSI welcomes students at Orientation Day
RCSI welcomed approximately 390 students of medicine, physiotherapy and pharmacy at Orientation Day.
The day commenced with welcome speeches by Professor Cathal Kelly, the new Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences; Professor Marie Guidon, School of Physiotherapy and Professor John Kelly, School of Pharmacy.
Students were then introduced to Academic and Administrative staff of the College. The day finished with a special reception for staff, students and their families.
RCSI operates the largest undergraduate medical school on the island of Ireland. 1,500 undergraduate students study medicine, physiotherapy and pharmacy.
