Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences' dinner at RCSI
The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences held their annual dinner at RCSI on Friday, 5 October.
This year’s dinner featured an inaugural lecture delivered by Professor Arnold Hill, Professor of Surgery. He gave an overview of the Department of Surgery at RCSI with emphasis on teaching and research programmes and clinical practice.
The annual event is a special gathering of RCSI faculty staff, council members and representatives from the RCSI teaching hospitals nationwide.
Approximately 100 guests attended the evening. Guests included Professor Cathal Kelly, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences; Professor Frank Keane, RCSI Vice-President and Professor Alan Johnson, Director of the RCSI graduate entry programme.
