RCSI welcomed approximately 370 new students of medicine, physiotherapy and pharmacy at an orientation day held in the College today.

The day commenced with a welcome by the Vice-Dean of Student Affairs Dr Alice McGarvey.

Throughout the day students were introduced to all aspects of student life at RCSI. Students also met with their personal tutors for the first time.

The day finished with a special reception for staff, students and their families. RCSI operates the largest undergraduate medical school on the island of Ireland.1,500 undergraduate students study medicine, physiotherapy and pharmacy.
