RCSI Sports Day takes place with Felipe Contepomi

100 local children from St Enda’s National School, Whitefriar Street and Warrenmount Primary School , Blackpitts, Dublin 8 took part in RCSI's Sports Day at Dardistown today.

The day was organised by Maria Kelly, RCSI. RCSI sports co-ordinator Colin Leigh and 40 RCSI students were also on hand to help run the event.

The 'Helper of the Day' was RCSI graduate and Leinster and Argentina rugby star, Felipe Contepomi, who demonstrated rugby skills to the children. 

The day was designed in the format of a town fair with approximately 15 team-based events all happening at the same time. The winning team was the one with the most points and there was a presentation of prizes at the end of the day.
