The Rotunda Leadership Development Programme led by Dr Mary Collins from the RCSI Institute of Leadership launched on Friday, 30 May.

This is a cross-disciplinary programme of high potential leaders in the Rotunda Hospital.  

A key focus of the programme is the completion of Quality Improvement Projects linked to the hospital strategy.
