“Following this week's accident in Berkeley, California, RCSI offers its deepest sympathies and condolences to the families and friends of the students who died in such tragic circumstances.

“Our thoughts are also with those who suffered injuries in the incident, as well as their families. The College flag is flying at half-mast to mourn the young students who have passed away.

“We encourage any RCSI students who may have been affected by the tragedy to access supports available through the Student Welfare Officers and Student Services Office."
