Prime Time features RCSI experts
On 31 March, RTE’s Prime Time featured RCSI experts discussing the challenges of COVID-19 across a range of specialties.
These included Prof. Ger Curley (critical care); Prof. Arnie Hill (surgery); Natalie McEvoy (ICU nursing) and Prof. Eoghan De Barra (infectious disease).
The segment explored the transmission mechanisms of the virus in healthcare settings, the importance of PPE and the challenges presented by seriously ill COVID-19 patients.
