RCSI Institute of Leadership hosts masterclass on growing and developing as a healthcare leader
On 13 August, Dr Elaine Byrne, Research Coodinator/Senior Lecturer and Cathy Doyle, Lecturer at the RCSI Institute of Leadership introduced a number of graduates to discuss their experiences of studying at the Institute and how it has shaped them as healthcare leaders.
The aim of this series of short masterclasses is to give busy healthcare professionals an insight into the programmes on offer at the Institute of Leadership and how they might progress their careers in the post-COVID era.
Derek Cribbin and Tanya Franciosa – graduates of the RCSI Institute of Leadership – discussed their personal stories and the impact the experience of studying at the Institute has had on their careers from a professional growth and development perspective.
