RSCI MyHealth: Managing coronaphobia – stay present

In the second of this year’s season of RCSI MyHealth Positive Health lectures, experts from RCSI’s Centre for Positive Psychology and Health shared their insights on how staying present can help deal with the emotional challenges we are facing during the pandemic.
