Siobhan Purcell

Research in drug target discovery and oncology diseases has always been a primary interest of mine. In order to further advance my profession within this sector, I undertook a full-time MSc degree at RCSI in breast cancer clinical research.

Here, I was given the opportunity to work closely with a team of exceptional researchers and conduct my own independent research.

Using state-of-the-art technologies, my experience here has equipped me with invaluable critical thinking skills and advanced training in multiple research methodologies and analytical techniques.

I would highly recommend pursuing an MSc degree here at RCSI for those seeking to develop upon research ambitions or to improve career confidence in the clinical research sector.
