HSCP leadership in practice during COVID-19

The National Health and Social Care Professions (HSCP) Office, in collaboration with RCSI Graduate School of Healthcare Management, is delighted to present a webinar series titled ‘HSCP Leadership in Practice During COVID-19’.

A key goal for the National HSCP Office is to support and develop leadership capacity within health and social care professionals. To this end, the Office has carried out an online survey to ascertain HSCP managers’ feedback on leading during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The National HSCP Office has worked with the RCSI Graduate School of Healthcare Management to capture exemplary HSCP leadership learning moments in the areas identified as priority from this survey. These examples have been collated and presented through this webinar series consisting of five sessions.
