RCSI Institute of Leadership holds conferring ceremony
The RCSI Institute of Leadership held it’s RCSI Bahrain conferring ceremony on 7 February and graduates of the MSc in Healthcare Management, MSc in Quality and Safety in Healthcare Management and Diploma in Leadership and Organisational Development were conferred.
Student valedictory addresses were given by Dr Dunia Hashimi on behalf of the MSc in Healthcare Management and Dr Mohammed Shoaib on behalf of the MSc Quality and Safety in Healthcare Management. Dr Mohammad Al Muharraqi spoke on behalf of the students of the Diploma in Leadership and Organisational Development.
Professor Ciaran O'Boyle commented at the conferring, “We are focused on the formation of a new generation of healthcare leaders. Our graduates, now in nine different countries, are well placed to assist their communities and organisations to cope with the emerging challenges in providing safe, modern and effective healthcare for the greatest number of patients.”
Professor Kevin O’Malley said: “Post graduate education and training is demanding and success depends on great commitment not just from the students themselves but also their employers and their families. Therefore we particularly recognise the institutions that supported today’s graduates.”
