The team qualified for the Sigerson Cup weekend by beating Blackhall Law School in the quarter-finals earlier in February.

The team, managed by Mark Sheehan and captained by Noel Lynch, got off to a great start by beating GMIT in the semi-finals with a great performance.

RCSI were unlucky then to lose a close final to UU Magee the next day by a scoreline of 0-9 to 0-8.

RCSI have many positives to take from the weekend and the entire season, which featured many great individual and team performances, and promises bright things for the future of Men's GAA in RCSI.
