KT Boost

KT Boost is a new €33.4 million programme which is co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Union, and administered through Enterprise Ireland and Knowledge Transfer Ireland. It provides resources to innovation offices and technology transfer offices across Irish higher education institutes as part of the overall policy and funding landscape that supports research commercialisation.

RCSI Innovation Office was awarded funding for the four years from 2024 to 2027 under the Enterprise Ireland KT Boost programme.

RCSI Innovation supports a thriving research community, developing solutions to healthcare challenges which positively impact on society. The additional funding from KT Boost enables us to further accelerate and grow our activities, building clinical innovation, fostering industry collaboration and engagement and supporting the development of spin-out companies.

RCSI Innovation’s participation in KT Boost is co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Union through the ERDF Southern, Eastern & Midland Regional Programme 2021-27.
