International Pharmacy and Biomolecular Sciences Scholarship
RCSI offers a number of International Pharmacy and Biomolecular Sciences Scholarships for self-funded, international (Non-EU) applicants to the following RCSI School of Pharmacy and Biomolecular Sciences programmes:
- Advanced Therapeutic Technologies (BSc)
- Pharmacy (MPharm)
International (Non-EU) applicants who have an offer to study either the BSc Advanced Therapeutic Technologies or Pharmacy (MPharm) at RCSI and are self-funded (i.e. not attending under another scholarship programme) will be automatically eligible for consideration for an International Pharmacy and Biomolecular Sciences Scholarship.
This scholarship provides an additional €1,500 reduction in tuition fees for the first year of study only (i.e. reduced from €18,000 to €16,500).
Application information
Eligible candidates are not required to apply for the scholarship and will be automatically considered based on a review of their application (academic results and personal statement). Scholarships are awarded at the discretion of the RCSI Admissions Committee.
In order to be eligible for consideration, candidates must be:
- Non-EU and self-funding students who are not in receipt of other scholarship funding.
- First time attending RCSI.
- In receipt of an offer to join either the BSc Advanced Therapeutic Technologies or Pharmacy (MPharm) and have accepted their offer.
- Ready to begin their studies in year that they receive their scholarship. If students receive a scholarship and subsequently defer their start date, the scholarship will be lost.
- Willing to allow the Admissions Committee to access the information that was provided in their application to RCSI, e.g. transcripts, references, personal statement, etc.
