Institutional reviews
As a Designated Awarding Body, RCSI is subject to periodic institutional review by Quality & Qualifications Ireland (QQI), which bears statutory responsibility for the approval of our quality assurance policies and procedures and for periodic review of their effectiveness.
Our most recent institutional review took place in 2023 as part of the QQI ‘CINNTE’ cycle of institutional reviews. As part of the review report, the review team recognised RCSI’s commitment to high-quality education, and commended our work to foster inclusivity and diversity, our student engagement, and supports.
