Research summer schools
RCSI Bahrain's research summer school is open to students across international campuses and aims to introduce undergraduate students to the world of biomedical research. Interested students are invited to apply to take part in pre-selected research projects alongside assigned principal investigators, or alternatively, have the opportunity to submit their own proposals with the support of academic staff.
The RCSI International Research Summer School (IRSS) is organised by the School of Pharmacy at RCSI in Dublin, as a student exchange programme open to Intermediate Cycle medicine students from across RCSI's international campuses.
Since the IRSS was launched in 2015, RCSI Bahrain students have had the opportunity to take up summer research electives at institutions in Asia, while students from their host universities have spent time at RCSI in Dublin.
